Our Strategy

We kept the personalization menu focused on classic embroidered initials. Two embroidery machines and two operators supported production throughout the activation. This streamlined approach helped guests make their selections and allowed our team to maintain a steady workflow. Each finished accessory became a keepsake personalized for its recipient.

Brand Focus

The Project Brief

For this event, guests were given the option to take home a scarf or pocket square as presented or make it their own at the live embroidery station.
Our role was to bring that personalization to life on-site, creating an interactive gifting experience with embroidered initials that complemented the classic accessories.
